Best Steak Marinade in Existence

This savory, herb-infused steak marinade guarantees juicy, flavor-packed results every time. Perfect for grilling your favorite cut of steak to perfection.

Ingredients
  

  • - 1/4 cup olive oil
  • - 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
  • - 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • - 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • - 2 cloves garlic minced
  • - 2 tbsp fresh rosemary chopped
  • - 2 tbsp fresh thyme chopped
  • - 1 tsp sea salt
  • - 1/2 tsp freshly ground black pepper
  • - 1-2 lbs steak your choice of cut

Instructions
 

  • Whisk together olive oil, Worcestershire sauce, balsamic vinegar, and Dijon mustard in a bowl.
  • Add garlic, rosemary, thyme, salt, and pepper; mix well.
  • Place steak in a shallow dish or resealable bag. Pour marinade over steak, coating both sides.
  • Cover and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour, up to 8 hours.
  • Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Grill steak 5-7 minutes per side, until desired doneness.
  • Let steak rest for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.

Notes

- Ideal for flank, sirloin, or ribeye steaks.
- For extra heat, add a dash of crushed red pepper flakes.
- Can be cooked in a hot skillet if grilling isn’t an option.
