Caramel Chocolate Crunch Bars
A simple yet indulgent dessert with a buttery crust, gooey caramel, melted chocolate, and crunchy nuts.
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 cup unsalted butter melted
- 1 cup caramel sauce
- 1 cup chocolate chunks
- 1/2 cup chopped nuts optional
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a bowl, mix flour, brown sugar, and melted butter until combined.
Press mixture into a greased 9x13-inch baking dish to form the crust.
Bake for 10-12 minutes, until golden.
Pour caramel sauce over the hot crust.
Sprinkle chocolate chunks and chopped nuts (if using) over the caramel.
Return to the oven for 10 more minutes.
Remove from oven and sprinkle chocolate chips on top. Spread if desired.
Cool completely before cutting into bars.
- For a salted caramel twist, sprinkle flaky sea salt on top.
- Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 5 days.
