Crab and Lobster Seafood Rolls

These delicious seafood rolls combine fresh lobster and lump crab meat in a creamy, herb-infused dressing, served in a buttery, toasted bun. Perfect for summer!

Ingredients
  

  • - 1 lb cooked lobster meat chopped
  • - 8 oz lump crab meat
  • - 1/3 cup mayonnaise
  • - 1/3 cup diced celery
  • - 2 tbsp sliced scallions
  • - 1 tbsp fresh dill chopped
  • - 1 tbsp fresh basil chopped
  • - 1 tbsp fresh chives chopped
  • - 1–2 tbsp jalapeños thinly sliced (optional)
  • - 1 lemon zested and juiced
  • - Pink sea salt to taste
  • - Black pepper to taste
  • - Tiny dash of Old Bay seasoning
  • - 6-8 split-top New England-style buns
  • - Butter for toasting buns

Instructions
 

  • In a large bowl, mix the **lobster meat, crab meat, mayonnaise, celery, scallions, dill, basil, chives, lemon zest, lemon juice, salt, pepper, and Old Bay seasoning**.
  • Refrigerate for **15–20 minutes** to enhance flavors.
  • Butter and toast the **split-top buns** in a skillet over medium-low heat until golden.
  • Fill each bun with the **chilled seafood mixture** and serve immediately.
  • Garnish with extra chives and a squeeze of lemon. Enjoy!

Notes

- For a **Connecticut-style roll**, swap mayo for warm, melted butter.
- Adjust seasoning and jalapeños based on spice preference.
- Serve with chips, coleslaw, or corn on the cob for a full meal.
