Crockpot Loaded Steak and Potato Bake
A hearty and comforting crockpot meal featuring tender cubed sirloin steak, golden potatoes, and melted cheddar cheese. Perfect for busy weeknights or cozy family dinners.

Ingredients
- 2 lbs sirloin steak
cubed
- 4 large potatoes
diced
- 1 onion
diced
- 1 cup cheddar cheese
shredded
- ½ cup beef broth
- ¼ cup Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: Fresh parsley or green onions for garnish
Instructions
**Layer the Ingredients:**
- In the crockpot, layer the cubed steak, diced potatoes, and diced onion.
- Season with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper to taste.
**Add the Liquid:**
- In a small bowl, combine the beef broth and Worcestershire sauce.
- Pour this mixture evenly over the ingredients in the crockpot.
**Cook:**
- Cover and cook on LOW for 6–8 hours or on HIGH for 3–4 hours, until the steak is tender and the potatoes are cooked through.
**Add the Cheese:**
- In the final 10–15 minutes of cooking, sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top.
- Cover the crockpot and let the cheese melt.
**Serve and Enjoy:**
- Scoop the mixture into bowls and serve warm.
- Optionally, garnish with fresh parsley or green onions for extra flavor.
Notes
- For a crispier topping, transfer to a baking dish and broil for 2-3 minutes.
- Leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
