  • - 2 lbs sirloin steak cubed
  • - 4 large potatoes diced
  • - 1 onion diced
  • - 1 cup cheddar cheese shredded
  • - ½ cup beef broth
  • - ¼ cup Worcestershire sauce
  • - 1 tsp garlic powder
  • - 1 tsp paprika
  • - Salt and pepper to taste
  • - Optional: Fresh parsley or green onions for garnish

  • - Season with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper to taste.

  • - Pour this mixture evenly over the ingredients in the crockpot.
  • **Cook:**
  • - Cover and cook on LOW for 6–8 hours or on HIGH for 3–4 hours, until the steak is tender and the potatoes are cooked through.
