No-Bake Orange Creamsicle Cheesecake

Ingredients
For the crust:
- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
melted
For the cheesecake filling:
- 16 oz cream cheese
softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
whipped to stiff peaks
- 1 package
3 oz orange gelatin mix
- 1/2 cup boiling water
- 1/2 cup cold water
Instructions
**Prepare the Crust:**
- Mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter until well combined.
- Press the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan. Chill in the refrigerator while preparing the filling.
**Make the Filling:**
- Dissolve the orange gelatin in boiling water, then stir in the cold water. Allow it to cool slightly.
- In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Gradually add the cooled gelatin mixture to the cream cheese mixture.
- Gently fold in the whipped cream until fully incorporated.
**Create the Swirl Effect:**
- Pour the cheesecake filling over the crust.
- Drop small spoonfuls of the reserved gelatin mixture on top and swirl with a toothpick to create a marbled effect.
**Chill and Serve:**
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until fully set.
- Garnish with whipped cream and orange slices before serving.
Notes
- For best results, chill the cheesecake overnight to ensure it’s fully set.
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
