The Baileys Irish Cream, Butterscotch Schnapps, and Kahlua Christmas Sugar Cookie Jello Shots are a delightful Christmas treat for the adults.
Ingredients
4 unflavored gelatin envelopes
2 CUP HEATED WATER
¼ cup ice water
1 mug (8 oz.) Irish Cream Baileys
¼ cup (2 oz.) ¼ oz. butterscotch schnapps (2 oz.) Coffee with Kahlua Whipped liqueur cream for Christmas desserts Topping with sprinkles
Instructions
Combine gelatin and hot water in a large mixing basin. Whisk until the gelatin is completely dissolved (this can take up to 5 minutes).
Combine the cold water, Baily’s, schnapps, and Kahlua in a mixing glass. Allow 15 minutes for the mixture to cool at room temperature. Then, equally, pour into shot glasses and chill for 2-3 hours, or until set (or overnight).
Top each shot with whipped cream and sprinkles before serving.
