Learn how to create these simple deviled eggs with relish, which will be a hit with the whole family this Easter!
INGREDIENTS
12 eggs (hard-cooked)
1 tablespoon sweet relish
1 tbsp mustard (dijon)
2 1/2-3 tablespoons of mayonnaise (we use miracle whip)
salt & pepper, with a dash of paprika
INSTRUCTIONS
Start with 12 peeled, hard-boiled eggs that have been refrigerated for at least an hour in the refrigerator. Each egg should be cut in half and the yolks placed in a mixing dish. Save the egg whites since you’ll need them later for stuffing and serving.
Break up all of the egg yolks with a potato masher and crush them into crumbs. Then, using a silicone spatula, start adding the ingredients and continue to mix. Combine the relish, mustard, and mayonnaise in a mixing bowl. Add a dash of paprika, salt, and pepper to taste once the mixture has formed into a paste.
The deviled egg mixture can be spooned or piped into the egg whites using a piping bag or a ziplock bag with the tip cut off. Adding the filling to eggs using frosting tips is a fantastic method to do so.
Place the eggs on your preferred serving tray once they’ve been filled and topped with extra paprika. Enjoy!
