Ingredients :
1 (16 ounce) can re-fry beans
1 can (10 ounces) drained tomatoes and green peppers
1 tablespoon taco seasoning
3 medium avocados, peeled and seeded
1 squeezed lemon
2 cloves minced garlic
cup chopped fresh coriander
½ teaspoon onion powder
Half a teaspoon of salt
½ teaspoon ground cayenne pepper
1 1/2 cups sour cream
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese and monterey jack cheese mix
½ cup sliced black olives
1 cup diced cherry tomatoes or tomatoes
Half a cup of chopped green onions
Directions :
Combine the refried beans, tomatoes, and taco seasoning. Spreading onto a 7″ * 11″ casserole plate .
Mashing avocado. Combine lemon juice, garlic, coriander, onion powder, salt, and cayenne pepper. Spread it over the layer of beans. spreading sour cream on avocado layer. Top with finely grated cheese, black olives, tomatoes and green onions. Covering also put in fridge to ready to serve.
