2 tablespoons sesame oil
1/4 cup soy sauce (or more to taste)

Instructions:

In a large skillet over medium-high heat, cook the pork sausage until browned and cooked through. Drain excess grease if necessary.
Add the minced garlic, ginger, onion powder, white pepper, and sesame oil to the skillet with the sausage. Stir to combine.
Add the coleslaw mix to the skillet and stir to combine with the sausage and seasonings. Cook until the coleslaw has wilted to your desired consistency.
Pour the soy sauce over the coleslaw and sausage mixture and stir to combine.
Serve the coleslaw and sausage mixture over rice or enjoy it as is.

Note: You can adjust the amount of soy sauce to your liking, depending on how salty you prefer your dish. You can also add more garlic or other seasonings to suit your taste.
