Ingredients :
3 tablespoons soft butter
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup Rice Krispies
½ cup pecans, chopped
1 cup coconut, grated
1 packet of chocolate chips
Krispie Balls
3 t soft butter
1 t vanilla
1 c Rice Krispies
½ c pecans, chopped
1 c coconut, grated
1 pack chocolate chips
1 square chocolate
Instructions:
Be sure to combine the ingredients for the balls in a large bowl and refrigerate for about 30 minutes.
Then form balls and place in the fridge for 1 more hour.
Choose a double boiler and melt the chocolate chips with the sweet chocolate, then drop the balls into the chocolate one at a time to coat them. To make it easier for you, you’d better use a fork.
Once done, please arrange the balls on parchment paper and freeze so that they set. Enjoy!
