Packed full of YUM! This simple cookie recipe uses rice Krispies, coconut, oats, and salted caramel chips.
Ingredients:
1 pound of brown sugar
1 pound of sugar
two eggs
1/2 pound of butter
a half cup of shortening
2 tsp vanilla extract 1 tsp vanilla extract a quarter cup of flour
1 tbsp baking soda
a quarter teaspoon of salt
1 cup shredded sweetened coconut
1 pound Rice Krispies cereal
a cup of oats
1 cup caramel chips (salted) (or chocolate chips)
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
Combine butter, sugar, brown sugar, shortening, and vanilla extract in a large mixing basin. Combine the remaining ingredients in a mixing bowl.
On a cookie sheet, drop rounded tablespoonfuls of dough—Preheat oven to 350°F and bake for 16 minutes. Allow settling for 3 minutes before transferring to a cooling rack.
