Air fryer Stuffed mushrooms

Air fryer stuffed mushrooms are a delightful fusion of convenience and flavor. This recipe takes the classic stuffed mushroom to a new level by using the air fryer, resulting in a crisp, golden exterior that perfectly contrasts with the juicy, savory filling inside. Ingredients:

12 Medium Size Mushrooms

1 Block Cream Cheese

1 Tbs. minced garlic

1/2 Tsp. Garlic powder

(Optional—I put A1 sauce about 1/2 tbs.)

Bag of spinach

1 bag Mozzarella Shredded Cheese

Salt & Pepper

Instructions :

*Wash and take the stems out of mushrooms use a spoon and take a little bit out of the center when removing the stems

*Cut spinach, add cream cheese and all spices. And mix until your arm hurts

*Stuff mushrooms with mixture and dip them in the shredded mozzarella.

I used my air fryer! Spray bottom with oil and place mushrooms in air fryer at 400° for 10-15 min. Or until cheese is golden brown!
