Slow Cooker Beef and Potato Au Gratin

SET IT AND FORGET IT SLOW COOKER BEEF & POTATO AU GRATIN RECIPE WILL PROVIDE YOUR FAMILY WITH A WARM AND HEARTY MEAL! THEY CANNOT GET ENOUGH OF IT!

Ingredients:

1 pound ground beef
3 pounds russet potatoes, peeled and cut to a thickness of ¼ inches (about 7 cups total sliced)
1 onion, thinly sliced
paprika, 1 teaspoon
a quarter teaspoon of garlic powder
1 teaspoon kosher salt
a quarter teaspoon of pepper
3 cups sharp shredded cheese
1/2 cup beef broth

Instructions

Drain the steak after browning it on the stove.

Combine the paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.

Half of the potatoes should be placed in the slow cooker.

Half of the onions, half of the spices, half of the meat, and half of the cheese are sprinkled on top.

Rep the layering process.

Drizzle the broth over the top in an equal layer.

Cook for 4 hours on high, covered.

Serve!
