This Easy Banana Bread Recipe features a super-soft crumb and a super-moist, buttery feel. This one-bowl banana bread recipe is the finest ever.

Ingredients:

2 cups flour (all-purpose)
1 teaspoon bicarbonate of soda
1/2 cup butter 1/4 teaspoon salt
3/4 cup sugar (brown)
2 beaten eggs
3 mashed overripe bananas 1 teaspoon vanilla essence

Instructions:

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
Using either cooking spray or butter, grease a loaf pan.
Mash the ripe bananas with a fork in a large mixing basin until absolutely smooth.
Stir in the melted butter to the banana mixture.
Combine the sugar, beaten egg, and vanilla essence in a mixing bowl.
Mix in the baking soda, salt, and flour after that. Don’t overmix the ingredients.
Pour the batter into the loaf pan that has been prepared.
Preheat oven to 350°F and bake for 50 to 1 hour, or until a tester inserted in the middle comes out clean.
Remove the banana bread from the oven and rest for a few minutes in the pan before transferring it to a wire rack to cool. Slice the bread using a bread knife and serve.
