Instructions:

  1. In a large bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, Greek yogurt, Dijon mustard, onion powder, kosher salt, and pepper. Taste and adjust seasoning as needed.
  2. Ensure the cooked chicken is completely cooled. Chop it into bite-sized pieces and add it to the bowl.
  3. Gently fold in the diced Granny Smith apple, dried cranberries, and chopped pecans.
  4. Enjoy the salad as is or serve it on dinner rolls, sliced croissants, or atop sliced tomato and lettuce.
