Instructions:
- Spread butter evenly on one side of each sourdough bread slice.
- Place one bread slice, butter side down, in a skillet over medium heat.
- Layer the bread in the skillet with Swiss cheese, cooked bacon, and jalapeno slices.
- Spread blackberry jam evenly on the other bread slice.
- Carefully place the blackberry jam-covered bread slice, butter side up, on top of the bacon and cheese layer to form a sandwich.
- Grill the sandwich over medium heat, flipping after 4-5 minutes, until both sides are golden brown and the cheese is melted.
