Breakfast Ham Casserole

The buttery, gooey, and delectable Easy Breakfast Ham Casserole (BONUS – it has tater tots). Your guests will be licking their plates and pleading for more!


16 ounces package frozen tater tots, 8 ounces cooked ham chopped
½ cup shredded cheddar cheese, 8 eggs, lightly beaten
1 garlic clove, minced
½ cup milk ½ small yellow onion, coarsely chopped
Garnish with green onion


Preheat the oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit. Using nonstick cooking spray, coat a 2-quart casserole dish.
Arrange the tater tots in an equal layer in the casserole dish. Spread the ham over the top and around the pan so that there is some in every mouthful.
Combine the eggs, cheddar cheese, garlic, onion, and milk in a medium mixing basin. Mix thoroughly. Pour the egg mixture over the tater tots and ham in a soft, even layer.
Bake for 45 minutes to an hour or until the eggs are thoroughly cooked. If desired, garnish with sliced green onion. Serve heated, cut into 8 servings.
