Ingredients:
- 8 oz spaghetti
- 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 cup cucumber, chopped
- 1/4 cup red onion, diced
- 1/4 cup black olives, sliced
- 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions:
- Cook the spaghetti according to the instructions on the package. Once cooked, drain the spaghetti and rinse it with cold water.
- In a large bowl, combine the cooked spaghetti, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, black olives, and crumbled feta cheese.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, red wine vinegar, dried oregano, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the dressing over the spaghetti salad and toss to combine.
- Chill the salad in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
