The most delicious chicken salad you’ve ever had! This creamy chicken salad is full with red grapes, dried cranberries, green onions, celery, and chopped nuts for a savory-sweet combination that will quickly become your new favorite!
INGREDIENTS
2 cups chicken shredded
½ cup quartered grapes
¼ cup sliced celery
¼ cup sliced almonds
a quarter-cup of mayonnaise
¼ teaspoon black pepper, freshly cracked
½ tsp. celery salt
INSTRUCTIONS
Combine the chicken, grapes, celery, and almonds in a medium mixing basin.
Combine the mayonnaise, pepper, and celery salt in a large mixing bowl and stir until everything is uniformly covered.
Refrigerate the bowl for 30 minutes before serving.
Half the chicken salad and stuff it between two croissants or slices of bread.
Notes:
Two big chicken salad sandwiches may be made using this recipe. If necessary, you may easily double or quadruple the batch.
