1 ½ cups sugar
2 ½ tablespoons flour
2 ½ tablespoons cocoa
1 ½ cups milk
½ cup water
A few drops of vanilla extract (optional)


In a large skillet, combine the sugar, flour, and cocoa.
Add the water to the skillet and mix until well combined.
Pour in the milk and stir.
