Ground beef, corn, cheddar cheese, and sour cream are combined in this quick evening family dinner, topped with crispy tater tots.


(85/15) 1/2 pound ground beef
1 pound corn
2/3 cup cream of mushroom soup, condensed
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese, split
1/3 gallon of whole milk
a quarter cup of sour cream
1 teaspoon powdered onion
a quarter teaspoon of black pepper
12 cup cooked and crumbled bacon
potato tots, 32 oz.


Preheat the oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
Cook the meat in a large pan over medium heat until it is browned.
In a large pan, combine the corn, cream of mushroom soup, 12 cups of cheese, milk, sour cream, onion powder, black pepper, and bacon.
Layer the meat, cheese, and finally the tater tots in a 9×13 pan before baking for 40-45 minutes uncovered.
Bake for another 5 minutes after adding the remaining cheese.
