Print Friendly, PDF & Email

This Coconut Cream Cake is a must-try for everyone who like coconut. It has a strong coconut taste and is really moist. Ideal for holiday get-togethers, potlucks, and summer picnics!

I’d been itching to try something new in my kitchen when I came up with this recipe, but I wasn’t sure what! Coconut and poke cake both sounded appealing to me. Why not blend the two, I reasoned? So I made this coconut cream cake, and oh my goodness, it was delicious.

It’s delicious with a hot cup of coffee at home, but it’s also great for potlucks and cookouts. That is something I can assure you of!! It’s really moist, and because it’s made with a boxed cake mix, it’s quite simple to prepare for an event or get-together!

Even if you don’t like coconut, you’ll likely adore this coconut cream poke cake. It’s that amazing, and it’s also surprisingly full for a dessert.

By the way, a poke cake is just a regular cake with holes pierced through it so that a flavorful filling may be drizzled into the holes and over the surface. Nothing too extravagant! Your pals might not believe you’re not a skilled baker after tasting this coconut cake.
