With just a handful of ingredients and the convenience of a slow cooker, you can create tender and flavorful pork chops smothered in a rich and savory gravy.

4 bone-in pork chops
1 packet (1 oz) onion soup mix
1 can (14 oz) low-sodium chicken broth
1 can (10.5 oz) low-sodium cream of chicken soup
1 packet (1 oz) dry pork gravy mix
1 teaspoon garlic powder
To thicken the gravy:
3 tablespoons cornstarch
3 tablespoons cold water

In a 5-6 quart oval slow cooker, combine the onion soup mix, chicken broth, cream of chicken soup, and pork gravy mix. Whisk together until well combined.
Sprinkle a little bit of garlic powder on both sides of the pork chops.
Place the pork chops in the slow cooker, spreading them out evenly, and cover them with the gravy mixture.
Cover the slow cooker and cook on low for about 4-6 hours.
Just before the pork chops are done, whisk together the cornstarch and cold water in a small bowl until smooth.
Pour the cornstarch mixture into the slow cooker with the pork chops and gravy, and stir gently.
Cover the slow cooker and switch it to high. Cook for another 30 minutes or until the gravy has thickened.
