  • 2 teaspoons of Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 teaspoon of optional cayenne pepper
  • 4 to 5 pounds of baby back ribs

Instructions:

  1. In a sealable plastic bag, combine the Barbecue Sauce, brown sugar, minced garlic, Worcestershire Sauce, and, if desired, cayenne pepper.
  2. Seal the bag tightly and massage it gently to ensure all the sauce ingredients are thoroughly mixed. Open the bag and place the ribs inside.
  3. Seal the bag again and shake it gently to evenly coat the ribs. Prepare the crock pot by spraying the inside lightly.
  4. Transfer the coated ribs into the crock pot, pouring about ¾ of the sauce from the bag over them.
  5. Set the crock pot to cook on high for 4 to 5 hours for tender, fall-off-the-bone meat or on low for 7 to 9 hours, adjusting based on your preferred texture.
  6. Once cooked, serve the ribs with extra sauce for those who want to add more flavor.
