Ingredients:
1 pound ground beef
2 cans tomato soup
3 cups shredded cheese (any type you prefer)
1 pound shell pasta
Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a large skillet, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain any excess fat.
Meanwhile, cook the shell pasta according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain the pasta, reserving some of the pasta water.
In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked ground beef, tomato soup, and half of the shredded cheese. Stir in a small amount of pasta water to loosen the mixture, if desired.
Add the cooked shell pasta to the beef and tomato mixture. Mix well to ensure everything is evenly coated.
Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread it out evenly.
Sprinkle the remaining cheese over the top of the mixture as a delicious topping.
Cover the baking dish with foil and bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes.
After 20 minutes, remove the foil and continue baking for an additional 10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Once done, remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
Enjoy your cheesy beef and tomato pasta casserole!
