How to make the meatloaf using ground beef and oats. Dinner concept that is simple, straightforward, and tasty to prepare. There’s even a video to show you how to make it!


2-pound beef (ground)
2 eggs, big
1 medium yellow onion, minced
ketchup, 1/2 cup
BBQ sauce (1/2 cup)
1-2 cups oatmeal (old fashioned)
2 tbsp. salt, seasoned
4–6 tablespoons ketchup for the meatloaf’s top


Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit and butter a 13″x9″ baking dish.

In a large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients, including the ground beef, eggs, chopped onion, ketchup, barbecue sauce, oats, and seasoned salt. Using a big fork or your hands, thoroughly combine the ingredients.

Transfer the meat mixture to the baking dish and form it into a loaf once everything has been thoroughly combined.

Using a ketchup squirter, squirt ketchup all over the top of the meatloaf.

Bake the meatloaf for approximately an hour or until done to your liking. I strongly advise using a meat thermometer to ensure that the meat has reached the desired temperature and is properly cooked.

Remove the meatloaf from the oven after it’s thoroughly cooked, and serve it with your favourite sides, such as mashed potatoes and green beans.
