Homemade Roast Potatoes

Ingredients:

4 large potatoes, peeled and cut into 1-inch cubes
3 tablespoons olive oil
Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 tablespoons chopped fresh rosemary

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
Place the potatoes in a large bowl and drizzle with olive oil. Toss to coat.
Sprinkle with salt and pepper, garlic and rosemary. Toss to combine.
Spread potatoes onto a baking sheet in a single layer.
Bake for 25 to 30 minutes, or until potatoes are golden brown and tender when pierced with a fork.
