Italian Chicken Potato and Green Bean Bake is a classic comfort food recipe that is perfect for any day of the week. This recipe is easy to make and only requires a few simple ingredients. 4 generous cups of red potatoes, quartered

2 cans of cut green beans, drained

1 to 1 ½ pounds of chicken breasts (4 chicken breasts)

1 stick of butter, cut into pieces

1 ½ packets of Italian dressing seasoning mix


Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit (175 degrees Celsius).

Line one side of a baking dish with the drained green beans.

Cut the chicken breasts into small pieces and place them in the other side of the baking dish.

Scatter the quartered red potatoes over the chicken.

Sprinkle the Italian dressing seasoning mix over the chicken and potatoes.

Dot the pieces of butter on top of the chicken, potatoes, and green beans.

Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake for 1 hour.

After an hour, remove the foil and bake for another 15 minutes, or until the chicken is fully cooked and the potatoes are tender.

Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
