Lemon Cool Whip Cookies

These Lemon Crinkle Cookies are very delectable! This simple lemon cool whip cookies recipe requires four ingredients. Cookies made using cake mix are the best!


1 lemon cake mix box
(1) Cool Whip 8 oz. tub
12 – 1 cup powdered sugar 1 egg


Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Using nonstick cooking spray, spray a cookie sheet.

Combine cake mix, cool whip, and egg in a large mixing basin. The mixture will be very light and fluffy. Keep mixing until everything is incorporated correctly.

Drop the rounded cookie dough into powdered sugar with a tiny cookie scoop or two spoons. Roll the dough ball in your hands until it is thoroughly coated. Place cookies 2 inches apart on a cookie sheet.

Preheat oven to 350°F and bake for 8 minutes, or until gently brown around the edges. Allow cooling for a few minutes on the cookie sheet before transferring to wire racks to cool thoroughly.

Store in an airtight jar at room temperature. It’s better to consume them within a day or two of making them.


You may use any other boxed cake mix instead of the lemon cake mix.
