2 cups of milk chocolate or dark chocolate, melted
3 cups of coconut flakes
1 cup of sweetened condensed milk


In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded coconut and sweetened condensed milk.
Mix until the coconut is fully coated with the condensed milk.
Using your hands, mold the coconut mixture into oblong shapes and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Place the baking sheet with the coconut candies in the freezer for 20 minutes to firm up.
Remove the coconut candies from the freezer and dip them one at a time into the melted chocolate until fully coated.
Insert one almond into the top of each candy and place them back on the parchment-lined baking sheet.
Place the baking sheet in the refrigerator until the chocolate has hardened, usually around 10-15 minutes.
