Olive Bacon and Cheese Bread

Savory Fast Bread With Olives And Cheese- A delectable quick bread for any occasion. Olives, bacon, bell peppers, cheddar cheese, and white wine come together in this delicious recipe that can be served as an appetizer or as a side dish to a delicious meal.

INGREDIENTS

250g/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon powdered baking soda
a dozen big eggs
100 mL/1/2 cup vegetable oil
1/2 cup white wine (dry)
sliced green or black pitted olives, 3/4 cup/150 g
1/2 cup/100g ham/bacon, finely chopped
1 red bell pepper, finely chopped
1 1/2 cup cheddar cheese (mild)
season with salt and pepper to taste

INSTRUCTIONS

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit/180 degrees Celsius.
Combine the flour and baking powder in a medium mixing basin.
Mix in the eggs, oil, and wine well. Stir in the olives, red pepper, ham or bacon, and cheese—season with salt and pepper to taste. Place the mixture in a loaf baking pan and bake for 45 minutes or golden brown on top. ((Keep in mind that the other ingredients are salty, so there isn’t much need to add a lot))
Allow it to cool before removing it from the pan and cutting it into slices to serve.
NOTES
Sun-dried tomatoes, tiny chopped green onions, mushrooms, asparagus, and other items can be used in place of the listed components.
