Pasta salad

This pasta salad is loaded with vegetables, avocado, spaghetti, and crispy bacon mixed in a cold, creamy sauce. The ideal quick supper or side dish!


1 pound rotini or short pasta
1 pound cooked and crumbled bacon
2 cups halved cherry tomatoes
3 cups romaine lettuce, shredded
2 peeled, pitted, and chopped avocados
1/2 gallon ranch dressing
2 teaspoons chopped parsley


Cook pasta according to package guidelines in salted water.
Drain the pasta and rinse it under cold water until it is cool.
Toss the spaghetti with the dressing in a mixing basin. Combine the bacon, cherry tomatoes, lettuce, and avocado in a mixing bowl. To coat, gently stir.
Serve immediately with a parsley garnish.
