3 Bell Peppers
1 lb. Ground Beef
8 oz. Mushrooms, chopped
1 Onion, chopped
2 tbsp. Ketchup
1 tbsp. Worcestershire Sauce
1 cup Beef Broth
8 oz. Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
Salt and Pepper, to taste


Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit (175 degrees Celsius). Slice the tops off the bell peppers and remove the seeds.
In a skillet over medium-high heat, cook the ground beef and chopped onion until the beef is browned and the onion is softened.
Stir in the chopped mushrooms and cook for a few more minutes.
Add the beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, ketchup, salt, and pepper to the skillet. Mix well and simmer until most of the liquid is absorbed.
Stuff the peppers with the meat mixture.
Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese over the stuffed peppers.
Tent a piece of aluminum foil over the baking dish and place it in the preheated oven. Bake for 45 minutes.
Remove from the oven and allow it to cool for a few minutes before serving.
