Sausage Egg Muffins

The best all-in-one breakfast is Sausage Breakfast Muffins, which are made with only four easy ingredients. A great savory breakfast muffin is made with eggs, cheddar cheese, Bisquick baking mix, and breakfast sausage.

Ingredients:

4 eggs 1 pound breakfast sausage roll
1 cup shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
Bisquick baking mix, 1 cup

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Set aside a 12-cup muffin tray that has been sprayed with nonstick cooking spray.

Cook until the sausage is no longer pink in a pan over medium-high heat. Drain the grease from the sausage and set it aside to cool slightly.

Lightly beat the eggs in a large mixing bowl. Combine the shredded cheese, Bisquick, and wholly cooked sausage in a large mixing bowl.

Fill the muffin cups about three-quarters full with the mixture. Preheat oven to 180°F and bake for 18-20 minutes, or until golden brown on top.
