Strawberry Banana Cheesecake Salad

Only 6 ingredients are needed to make this easy Strawberry Banana Cheesecake Salad. The most beautiful, glorious fruit salad ever is created by folding rich and creamy cheesecake filling with delicious strawberries and sweet banana.

Ingredients:

1 (8-ounce) container softened cream cheese

1 (3.4 ounce) package uncooked instant cheesecake pudding

Simply Pure Vanilla Coffee Creamer, 1/4 cup

2 pounds hulled and sliced strawberries

3 bananas, sliced into quarters

2 tblsp. freshly squeezed lemon juice

Ingredients:

Whip cream cheese until smooth in a fairly tall mixing basin using an electric mixer. It can tie up in the beaters at first, but keep going and it’ll loosen up. Pour in the dry pudding mix. Mix everything together until it’s smooth.

Slowly drizzle creamer into the cream cheese mixture while the mixer is running. Add a spoonful at a time until the mixture is smooth and all of the creamer has been incorporated into the cream cheese. Continue until the cream cheese has absorbed all of the creamer. Whip until completely smooth.

Combine sliced strawberries, banana coins, and lemon juice in a large mixing dish. Stir until the lemon juice is evenly distributed among the fruit. Toss the fruit with the cheesecake mixture. Fold the cheesecake mixture into the fruit gently.
Refrigerate until ready to serve, or serve right away.
