Taco Macaroni and Cheese is a simple evening dinner that you should include to your meal plan! It’s a delicious recipe that combines ground beef, macaroni and cheese, and taco spice.


1 pound beef ground

2 packets of your favorite brand of macaroni and cheese

Typical components include boiling water, milk, and butter.

1 Rotel® can (seasoned diced tomatoes)

1 taco seasoning packet

Water is usually required.

Other materials required:

Large spoon for stirring


Prepare the macaroni and cheese in one pot.

Brown the ground beef in a separate skillet and remove the fat.

Stir in the taco seasoning (which generally requires water) until everything is well blended.

While the taco meat simmers, add the can of Rotel tomatoes to the seasoned meat to warm them up.

Add the cooked macaroni and cheese to the meat mixture once it’s done. Stir until well blended, then serve!
