Ingredients:
- 1 Medium Head Cauliflower, leaves removed
- 3 tablespoons Olive Oil
- 4-5 Garlic Cloves, minced
- Salt and ground pepper, to taste
- 1 teaspoon Dried Chives
- 1 teaspoon Dried Basil
- 1 teaspoon Oregano
- 1/3 cup Vegetable Broth
- Optional: Fresh chopped parsley
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 400°F.
- In a small bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, dried chives, dried basil, oregano, salt, and pepper, whisking well.
- Brush the cauliflower thoroughly with the garlic oil mixture and place it into a dutch oven pot or baking dish. Pour the vegetable broth over the cauliflower.
- Cover the pot or dish with a lid and transfer it to the preheated oven.
- Bake/roast for 30 minutes, then remove the lid and continue baking for an additional 10-12 minutes until the cauliflower is golden brown.
Notes:
- For a crispier cauliflower, you can choose to set your oven to roast or bake. If baking only, bake for the first 30 minutes, then switch to roasting for an additional 12-15 minutes.
