Ingredients:

  • 1 Medium Head Cauliflower, leaves removed
  • 3 tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 4-5 Garlic Cloves, minced
  • Salt and ground pepper, to taste
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Chives
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Basil
  • 1 teaspoon Oregano
  • 1/3 cup Vegetable Broth
  • Optional: Fresh chopped parsley

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F.
  2. In a small bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, dried chives, dried basil, oregano, salt, and pepper, whisking well.
  3. Brush the cauliflower thoroughly with the garlic oil mixture and place it into a dutch oven pot or baking dish. Pour the vegetable broth over the cauliflower.
  4. Cover the pot or dish with a lid and transfer it to the preheated oven.
  5. Bake/roast for 30 minutes, then remove the lid and continue baking for an additional 10-12 minutes until the cauliflower is golden brown.

Notes:

  • For a crispier cauliflower, you can choose to set your oven to roast or bake. If baking only, bake for the first 30 minutes, then switch to roasting for an additional 12-15 minutes.
  • Serve with fresh parsley and enjoy!
