Ingredients
- 500 g of your preferred pasta
- 1 tablespoon of extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 chopped onion
- 2 teaspoons of crushed garlic
- 750 grams of lean ground beef
- 600 grams of condensed tomato soup (see note in post)
- 600 grams of condensed mushroom soup (see note in post)
- 1 cup of milk
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
- ½ teaspoon of paprika
- ½ teaspoon of dried parsley
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F) and grease a large baking dish with cooking spray.
- Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the package in a large pot.
- While the pasta is cooking, heat the olive oil in a pan and sauté the chopped onion and crushed garlic until soft. Add the ground beef and cook until browned and fully cooked.
- Once the pasta is done, drain it and return it to the pot.
- Combine the cooked beef, condensed tomato soup, condensed mushroom soup, and milk with the pasta in the pot. Stir well to mix.
- Season the mixture with salt and black pepper to your taste.
- Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking dish. Sprinkle paprika and dried parsley on top.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes until heated through and lightly browned on top.
