Ingredients

  • 500 g of your preferred pasta
  • 1 tablespoon of extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 2 teaspoons of crushed garlic
  • 750 grams of lean ground beef
  • 600 grams of condensed tomato soup (see note in post)
  • 600 grams of condensed mushroom soup (see note in post)
  • 1 cup of milk
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • ½ teaspoon of paprika
  • ½ teaspoon of dried parsley

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F) and grease a large baking dish with cooking spray.
  2. Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the package in a large pot.
  3. While the pasta is cooking, heat the olive oil in a pan and sauté the chopped onion and crushed garlic until soft. Add the ground beef and cook until browned and fully cooked.
  4. Once the pasta is done, drain it and return it to the pot.
  5. Combine the cooked beef, condensed tomato soup, condensed mushroom soup, and milk with the pasta in the pot. Stir well to mix.
  6. Season the mixture with salt and black pepper to your taste.
  7. Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking dish. Sprinkle paprika and dried parsley on top.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes until heated through and lightly browned on top.
