Ingredients:

  • 4 thick-cut 1-inch pork chops
  • 4 tablespoons packed brown sugar
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

Instructions:

  1. Preparation: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly oil a large baking dish.
  2. Arrange Pork Chops: Lay the pork chops in the prepared baking dish.
  3. Brown Sugar & Butter: Sprinkle 1 tablespoon of brown sugar evenly over each pork chop. Place a square tablespoon of butter on top of each chop.
  4. Sauce Drizzle: Drizzle the soy sauce and Worcestershire sauce over the pork chops.
  5. Bake Covered: Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake in the preheated oven for 40 minutes.
  6. Uncover & Finish: After 40 minutes, remove the foil and continue baking for an additional 20 minutes or until the pork chops are golden brown and reach an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C).
  7. Serve: Once done, serve the deliciously glazed pork chops and enjoy!
