Cajun catfish

Cajun Catfish is a tasty, nutritious, spicy Cajun seafood meal that is perfect for a weeknight supper or a Mardi Gras celebration.

Ingredients

2 fillets of catfish

a half teaspoon of garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1/2 teaspoon cayenne

1 tblsp. red pepper

1/2 teaspoon of spices

12 tablespoons crushed red pepper flake

12 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil

season with salt and pepper as needed

 

Instructions:

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit (180 degrees Celsius).

Combine spices, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl.

Half of the spice mixture should be sprinkled over each catfish fillet.

Catfish is placed in an oven-safe glass dish. Preheat oven to 350°F and bake for 25 minutes, or until fish flakes.

Serve with steamed veggies or a salad.
