Ingredients:
1 pound ground beef
2 cans tomato soup
3 cups shredded cheese (any type)
1 pound pasta shells
Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain any excess fat.
Cook the pasta shells according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain the pasta, reserving some of the pasta water.
In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked ground beef, tomato soup, and half of the shredded cheese. Stir well to combine. Add a splash of pasta water to thin out the mixture, if desired.
Add the cooked pasta to the beef mixture and gently mix until everything is well coated.
Transfer the beef and pasta mixture to a greased baking dish.
Sprinkle the remaining shredded cheese over the top of the dish.
Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes.
Remove the foil and continue baking uncovered for an additional 10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Once cooked, remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
Enjoy your delicious beef and cheese pasta bake!
