Cheesy Tortellini Casserole

Ingredients:

  • 1 jar of Alfredo sauce
  • 1 jar of Ragu spaghetti sauce
  • 2.25 pounds of ground beef, cooked until browned
  • 2 bags of dry tortellini shells (cheese-filled)
  • Shredded Parmesan cheese
  • Shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook the ground beef in a skillet until it’s nicely browned. Drain any excess fat and set aside.
  3. In a large pot, bring water to a boil and cook the dry tortellini shells according to the package instructions until they’re soft. Drain them well.
  4. In a mixing bowl, combine the Alfredo sauce, Ragu spaghetti sauce, cooked ground beef, and boiled tortellini. Stir until everything is well mixed.
  5. Transfer the mixture to a casserole dish or a tin roasting pan.
  6. Sprinkle shredded Parmesan and mozzarella cheese over the top until it’s evenly covered.
  7. Place the dish in the preheated oven and bake for 10 to 15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  8. Once done, remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy your cheesy tortellini bake!
