  • 1 1/2 cups minute rice
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • Chicken pieces (bone-in or boneless)
  • Onions, bell pepper, seasoning for boiling the chicken


  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease baking dishes with nonstick spray.
  2. In a bowl, mix the minute rice with the cream of chicken, cream of mushroom, and cream of celery soups.
