Ingredients:

  • 1 box of Jiffy cornbread mix
  • 1 can of creamed corn
  • 1 can of whole kernel corn, drained
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 stick of butter, melted
  • 1 cup of sour cream

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a casserole dish.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the Jiffy cornbread mix, creamed corn, and drained whole kernel corn.
