Cream Cheese Hashbrown Casserole

8 Large eggs
2 cups Milk
2 pounds Ground breakfast sausage
32 ounces Frozen shredded hash brown potatoes
16 ounces Cream cheese, softened
1/4 teaspoon Garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon Onion powder
2 cups Shredded cheese
Salt and pepper to taste


Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit (175 degrees Celsius).
In a skillet over medium-high heat, brown the breakfast sausage until fully cooked. Remove any excess grease.
Transfer the cooked sausage to a bowl and mix it with the softened cream cheese.
In the same skillet, sauté the frozen shredded hash brown potatoes until lightly browned.
Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish and spread the sautéed hash browns evenly on the bottom.
Spread the sausage and cream cheese mixture on top of the hash browns.
Sprinkle the shredded cheese over the sausage mixture.
In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.
Pour the egg mixture over the cheese in the baking dish.
Bake for 40-50 minutes, or until the casserole is cooked through and golden brown on top.
