This is a cake recipe that doesn’t require any eggs, butter, or milk. It’s super easy and can be made in less than 20 minutes. If you want something light and fluffy, this is the recipe for you! The cake batter is so incredibly moist that it will taste like it came out of a fancy bakery. The perfect way to end your meal or share with friends on an afternoon snack.

This cake contains coconut oil and honey as well as almond flour, which helps add fiber to the diet. It also has cinnamon which gives the cake a sweet taste without sugar! This is one healthy cake recipe that you need to try for yourself!



2 quarts sugar

flour (two cups)

two eggs

1 teaspoon bicarbonate of soda

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

16 oz. pineapple, mashed but not drained



1 pound of butter

1 pound of sugar

a quarter-cup of evaporated milk

1 pound of coconut

1 pound of nuts

1 teaspoon vanilla extract




Using a spoon, combine the first 6 ingredients in a mixing basin.

Fill a 13″ x 9″ cake pan halfway with batter.

35-40 minutes at 350°F.

To make the icing, combine the butter, sugar, and evaporated milk in a saucepan and simmer over medium heat until it thickens slightly. (This normally takes 6 minutes while the water is boiling.)

Take it off the fire and add the rest of the ingredients.

Pour the mixture over the hot cake.
