The Best Peanut Clusters are a favorite holiday treat that’s quick and easy to make! These Peanut Clusters are the Best Ever, thanks to the combination of semisweet chocolate, white chocolate, and peanut butter!

Ingredients:

1 bag white chocolate chips (12 oz) Guittard is what I use.

1 bag extra semisweet chocolate chips (12 oz) Guittard is what I use.

1/4 cup peanut butter (creamy)

3 tbsp vegetable shortening

4 CUP PEANUTS (LIGHTLY SALTED)

Instructions:

The method in the Instant Pot: Pour 2 cups of water into the Instant Pot’s liner. Set the Instant Pot’s sauté function to HIGH. To make a double boiler, place a large glass dish on the Instant Pot.

In a mixing bowl, combine both types of chocolate, peanut butter, and shortening.

Stir occasionally until the chocolate has melted. GO TO STEP 5 NOW.

Microwave both types of chocolate, peanut butter, and shortening until smooth in the microwave. Microwave for 30 seconds at a time, stirring in between, until smooth.

Stir the peanuts into the chocolate once it’s melted and smooth, making sure they’re equally coated.

Portion the chocolate peanuts into tiny clusters with a spoon or cookie scoop. To set the peanut clusters, place them on parchment paper.

Allow the peanut clusters to be fully set before attempting to remove them. To expedite the process, place them in the refrigerator.
