Ingredients:

Marinated Sirloin Steak:

  • 1½ pounds sirloin steak, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • ⅓ cup low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon Sriracha sauce

Potatoes:

  • 1½ pounds baby potatoes, halved if too large
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 5 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
  • ½ teaspoon salt, or to taste
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper, or to taste

Instructions:

  1. In a medium-sized bowl, combine all the ingredients for the steak marinade. Set aside while preparing the potatoes.
  2. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add olive oil and one tablespoon of butter. Add the potatoes to the skillet and cook for approximately 8 minutes, until browned and cooked through. Transfer the potatoes to a plate.
  3. In the same skillet, add the remaining butter, minced garlic, and Italian seasoning. Sauté for 30 seconds until aromatic. Add the marinated steak, spreading it in a single layer. Cook for 1 minute without stirring, then toss and sear for an additional minute.
  4. Pour the reserved marinade over the steak and cook for an additional minute. Return the cooked potatoes to the skillet and heat until warmed through. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Remove from heat and serve immediately, garnished with fresh parsley or Parmesan cheese. Enjoy your delicious marinated sirloin steak and potatoes!
